All sales are final
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Every order placed with N’Style Atlanta is final once it is placed.
Relentless Men products are personal-care items that are applied to the skin. Once a bottle has left our hands we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled, and we will not resell a returned bottle to another customer. For that reason we do not take products back.
Because you cannot return it, we tell you everything about it before you buy. The full ingredient list, the size, and exactly what the product does are published on every product page. Please read them before you order, and email us first if anything is unclear — we would far rather answer a question than take an order you regret.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
This is the exception, and it always will be. If your order arrives damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if something is missing from your parcel, we will put it right.
Email carmen@nstyleatlanta.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We will send a replacement or refund that item in full, including the shipping you paid. You will not be asked to return a damaged product.
Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel, email carmen@nstyleatlanta.com as soon as you can. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and refund you in full, including shipping. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Before you order
A short checklist, so there are no surprises:
- Check the ingredient list on the product page if you have a known sensitivity or allergy.
- Check the size — each bottle is 2 oz / 59 ml.
- Check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped.
- Check which pack you are buying. Single bottles ship for $5.99; two or more bottles ship free.
