Cast members and supporters attended the NFL great Andre Rison’s biopic film Wide Open: The Andre Rison Story viewing party in Atlanta to celebrate the release coming to streaming networks AppleTV, Amazon Prime, and Tubi Friday, December 27, 2023.
Wide Open is the story behind Andre “Bad Moon” Rison’s ambition and determination to make it to the NFL while facing its racially charged environment. The film details his friendship with Atlanta Falcons teammate Deion “Primetime” Sanders and his tumultuous relationship with the late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes as well as other personal and professional milestones.
Rison’s biopic stars Jermel Howard who plays Andre Rison and features a notable cast including Brely Evans, Towanda Braxton, Paris Bennett, Tamika Scott, Dexter Tucker, Kendrick Smith, Althea Heart, Chaz “Pink” Ridgeway, DJ Hershey, Kim Lovette, Lisa Rayam, Roderick D.
