JAY Z'S ALLEGED ILLEGITIMATE SON ESCALATES A NEW LAWSUIT
2024-12-21 18:58:29Jay-Z’s Legal Battle with Alleged Son Rymir Satterthwaite Intensifies with New Lawsuit
Jay-Z’s long-standing legal battle with his alleged illegitimate son, Rymir Satterthwaite, has escalated once again as the 31-year-old filed a fresh lawsuit.
This time, Satterthwaite is taking aim at the court system itself. He alleges that he, his late mother, Wanda, and his guardian, Dr. Lillie Coley, were wrongfully denied access to critical legal records related to his paternity dispute with the rapper.
In the new filing, Satterthwaite accuses the courts of imposing unwarranted sanctions without evidence and obstructing their appeals. He claims that several judges, including Deborah Silverman Katz and Charles W. Dortch Jr., engaged in misconduct by misrepresenting property ownership and allowing false claims allegedly made by Jay-Z.
Satterthwaite further asserts that these actions caused significant emotional distress, prompting him to seek damages for what he describes as “negligent infliction of emotional distress.” He maintains that the prolonged legal battle has inflicted serious harm on him and his family.
According to The Daily Mail, Satterthwaite believes these actions were fraudulent and violated the rights of his late mother and his guardian, Dr. Coley, who has played a key role in pursuing the paternity case. He also alleges that he and his family were unjustly sanctioned for breaching gag orders that did not exist.
As part of the lawsuit, Satterthwaite and his family are requesting a declaratory judgment to confirm that their constitutional rights were violated. They are also seeking to unseal court records related to the case, advocating for greater transparency and public accountability.
This latest move adds another chapter to the long-running and contentious legal saga between Satterthwaite and the music mogul, who has consistently denied the paternity claims.

2024-09-28 02:00:54In the statement below the Buzbee Law Firm announced they represent more than 50+ clients that will be pursuing sexual assault claims agains the fallen music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.
“The Buzbee Law Firm has been associated by the Ava Law Group to act as Lead Counsel to pursue claims on behalf of more than fifty individuals who suffered sexual assault and abuse at the hands of Sean “Diddy” Combs and his cohorts. This group of brave individuals include both men and women; many were minors when the abuse occurred. Some of these brave individuals reported the incidents to the police, others did not. Each individual story is gut wrenching and heartbreaking. The acts complained of occurred at hotels, private homes, and also at the infamous PDiddy “Freak Off” parties. The violations against this group of individuals are mindboggling and can only be described as debauchery and depravity, exacted by powerful people against minors and the weak. I expect the group seeking redress will grow as this case progresses. I expect many other individuals will be implicated. We expect to have a press conference early next week where some of these stories can be told as the nation learns more and grapples with the potential scope of this scandal. Our firm has always been at the forefront of the most important cases in the United States. We are proud to represent this group of brave souls and pray for justice on their behalf.
If you know of an individual seeking assistance who was abused as described above, please don’t hesitate to encourage them to contact our Firm. The consultation is confidential”.
