In a new lawsuit Jane Doe accuses Sean Combs of sexual assault accusing Combs of an alleged “gang rape” at 17-years old inside Combs’ recording studio in Manhattan in 2003, after the high school student was trafficked across state lines and plied with “copious amounts of drugs and alcohol”.
Allegedly 34-year old Combs, former Bad Boy president Harve Pierre, and a third man took turns raping her in a bathroom at Daddy’s House Recording Studio.
In the14-page complaint, Jane Doe alleges after meeting Pierre in a lounge in Detroit he invited her to a private jet ride to Teterboro Airport in New Jersey, to personally meet Combs in New York. Pierre, and a third unidentified man transported her to the studio where they met Combs.
The complaint includes being drugged, nonconsensual vaginal sex, and being violently forced to perform oral sex. Alleged photos were submitted in the complaint of Jane Doe at Daddy’s House, one of her sitting In his lap.
The new lawsuit was filed by Lawyer Douglas H. Wigdor on behalf of Jane Doe after he previously represented R&B singer Casandra “Cassie” Ventura in her Nov. 16 complaint against Combs.
Following the latest filling Diddy has released the following statement:
“Enough is enough. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth”
