SNOOP DOGG’S “PUFF PUFF PASS TOUR” IMPACTS ATLANTA
Performances by Dogg Pound, Lil Duval, Bone Thugs N Harmony, RJ, and more!
(ATLANTA, GA) – January 7, 2019 – Grammy® Award-Winning Platinum Hip Hop Artist Snoop Dogg brought his Puff Puff Pass Tour to The State Farm Arena in Atlanta, GA. on January 5. The incredible night in Hip Hop included performances by Uncle Snoop’s army. This included Bone Thugs-n-Harmony and Kurupt. Snoop performed new music while of course reminiscing on hits like “What’s My Name?”& “Gin & Juice.” alongside his hit-making friends.
The 46-year-old rapper first gained credibility in the industry for working with Dr. Dre in 1992. Shortly after, his solo debut, “Doggystyle,” earned him monster hits like “Gin & Juice.” Since, he has sold 35 million albums worldwide, earned a plethora of awards, and diversified his career into other areas of entertainment such as acting, talk shows and reality TV, including the unlikely “Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party,” with style icon Martha Stewart on VH1. Dogg’s latest album is the gospel record, “Bible of Love.” The record caused quite the conversation while peaking at number one on Billboard Gospel chart.
Kurupt (who’s collaborated on several songs with Snoop Dogg including “Bad 4 Me”) and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony (who performed with Snoop Dogg at The Puff Puff Pass Tour before), sent nostalgic vibes as they shut down the newly named, State Farm Arena (formerly known as Phillips Arena.)
Special guests in attendance also included Jermaine Dupri, Bow Wow, Da Brat, Lil Scrappy, Ball Greezy, Lil Duval, Tray Chaney, David Banner, Lil Yachty and more!
Big Boy Investments, M Scott Presents, and The Artist Factory teamed up to present a great night in Hip Hop. Snoop Dogg fans will were able to kick off the new year by celebrating with Hip Hop’s OGs, while fans of Hip Hop and rap, in general, were treated to a wide variety of artists who each have a unique sound.
