(ATLANTA, GA) – Actress, social media sensation and meditation enthusiast, Shelah Marie recently took Atlanta by storm with the latest stop of her nationwide, Curvy Curly Conscious tour. Held at Terminus 330, the self-love day party included panel discussions featuring Atlanta’s own celebrity make-up artist and owner of The Glamatory, Mimi J, as well as Shelah Marie, and relationship coach, Dani Spikes.
In addition, guests were treated to delicious healthy dishes, various vendors and a variety of merchandise from head wraps, t-shirts, women’s apparel, and wellness items. Chair massages and chiropractic consultations were also available at any point of the day. The standing-room-only crowd joined in group mediation led by Shelah Marie, and the ever popular Trap Yoga, led by San Francisco’s own, Trap Yoga Bae. After meditation and journaling, the party continued with cocktails, cupcakes, and music.
The Curly, Curvy, Conscious movement is designed to empower women through meditation and yoga, empowerment discussions, wellness and lifestyle topics and self acceptance.
According to Shelah Marie, who is most known for her meditation mixtapes, inspirational messages, and live social media broadcasts, “Our ultimate purpose is to motivate women to strive daily to become better, more mindful individuals.”
